“We met a long time ago, 30 years ago at Tulane… and we've gotten to the point of being empty nesters a couple of years ago. So we naturally start to look [for a place] because we love coming here. And what popped up [for whole ownership] was potentially having all of the capital and potential nuisance and hassles with owning a place and trying to either rent it or upkeep it or deal with natural disasters and deal with maintenance from afar. And we ran across this opportunity with being able to fractionally own… and we just love being here. And we show up, we get the keys, we leave, we drop the keys, and we don't have to worry about anything in between. So it's been really, really fun. It's been very convenient. And in particular, the people that are involved are local, know what they're doing, very trustworthy, and if you’re looking for something like this then I highly recommend it.
